If you tend to feel awkward or stiff in front of a camera, you're definitely not alone! That's why in a session with me, it won't be up to you to figure out what to do. It is 100% part of my job to make sure you not only feel comfortable, but confident! None of those stiff poses or forced smiles. I will guide you with action oriented prompts that spark movement and laughter throughout your entire session! I'll be your hype woman, letting you know what looks good, directing you almost like a film director so you never feel awkward, and can just relax and enjoy the process!

Your wedding day isn’t a photoshoot or performance. It’s a living, breathing story overflowing with emotion, meaning, and so much love. And my heart is in capturing that realness with artistry and intention. I don’t believe beauty and authenticity are opposites, but that they belong together! I want your gallery to feel elevated, timeless, rich in emotion and most importantly, rooted in lived experience So while prompts and guidance are important, a huge part of my job is knowing when to direct and when to quietly step back, letting the genuine, unplanned moments unfold just as they are.

The first step is all up to you! If you like what you see and feel I'm a great fit for your wedding day, don't hesitate to inquire and get more info! Once you fill out my short inquiry form, I'll reach out to you soon with lots of full galleries and my pricing and service guide! This guide will walk you through all the packages I offer, the services included, and give you more insight into my style and approach to wedding photography.
Once you've looked over that guide, I will send you a link to schedule a discovery call where I can hear more about your vision and what matters to you, and I can walk you through a detailed step by step of what it will look like working with me, and answer any questions you might have! This call is also a great chance for you to get a better sense of my work and personality before deciding to book!
Once you are ready to make your booking OFFICIAL, I will send you my contract and invoice to reserve your date in my calendar. Together with your vision and my wedding experience we will create a custom day-of timeline, and I will work closely with you to plan and hammer out those details in the months leading up to your wedding! Then we'll schedule a final prep call a month before the wedding to go over the plan and ensure no question is left unanswered.
After months of waiting, planning, and dreaming, the big day is finally here! Enter the day with confidence knowing that all your memories to come are in good hands. Soak it all in, be present with each other and your people, and let me handle the rest!
Within 48 hours of your wedding, I will deliver a set of sneak peek photos so you can pause and take in all the memories that may already feel like a blur. These sneaks are just a glimpse of what you can expect when I deliver your full gallery! Within 6 to 8 weeks I will have your full wedding gallery edited and delivered via an online digital gallery for you to download, share, and print — then they're yours to enjoy for as long as you both shall live!

I'll balance between being a fly on the wall and providing guidance and direction! Practically this means during couple or bridal party portraits it won't be up to you to figure out what to do! I will direct you with action oriented prompts to keep you guys moving and having fun all while capturing beautiful, timeless images full of joy and genuine emotion, without that feeling of awkwardness. But for most of the day, I'll be discreetly capturing all the planned and unplanned moments as they unfold naturally, creating those "time stood still" images that you'll cherish forever. Overall my priority is always to make you feel comfortable, be a genuine friend and support to you both, have a creative vision and eye, and bring your vision to life.
What is it like to work with you on a wedding day?
As a wedding photographer, I have a good sense of how long each part of your wedding will realistically take to photograph, and I want to be a resource for you in this regard. With my experience and your vision, we will create a timeline for your wedding day that feels un-rushed and stress free so that you're able to relax, be present, and soak in the joy of the fact that you are getting married to the love of your life! Practically this means that about 4-5 months before your wedding, I will send you my timeline questionnaire covering all the logistics and details of your wedding. This questionnaire will include questions on your venue, addresses, order of events, vision, priorities, values and so much more. From there, I will create a custom day-of timeline for you, and will work closely with you to adapt it to fit your vision!
Why do you offer custom timeline creation? How does it work?
As my business continues to grow, my heart is really in capturing couples, weddings, and elopements. That’s where I feel most at home and inspired. But every so often, I’ll open up a handful of spots for maternity and family lifestyle sessions throughout the year! Absolutely! While I am based in Chicago and Colorado, I make space in my calendar to take on a hand full of destination weddings a year so please reach out! I would love to go wherever your love story takes you!! When you inquire, I’ll send over my full pricing and service guide, which includes all the details on how my travel fees work, so you’ll have the full picture and can plan confidently before you decide to book!
Do you travel?
YES!!! When you inquire, I’ll send over my full pricing guide, which includes a package that includes full wedding day coverage as well as rehearsal dinner coverage! This one is for the couples who don’t just want their wedding day remembered, but the whole celebration. So often rehearsal dinners and welcome parties slip by without a camera there, and yet those moments are so full of magic. It's your last night before becoming husband and wife, surrounded by your favorite people, buzzing with anticipation and those sweet night-before jitters. I love getting to capture the hugs, the toasts, the laughter, the gathering of closest family and friends, and the butterflies so you can relive it all for years to come.
Can we book you for the entire weekend?
Your wedding digital gallery will be online and accessible for at least one year, and you will receive a one months heads up from me before I take it down so you have plenty of time to back up your memories! Although I recommend you download and back them up as soon as you receive your gallery for safe keeping!
How long will our photos be online?
When you're ready to make things official, I'll send you a digital invoice and contract for the first third of your package total to reserve your date in my calendar! The next third will be due half way between booking and your wedding date, and the final payment a week before your wedding!
